We have a very extensive menu for drinks, ranging from premium liquors to special beers and the classic cocktails. We offer a large range of high end gins, including some 'gems', such as the locally produced Gin72 and dutch orange Genever. Our barmen sometimes also develop their own specialty cocktails. So if your feeling adventures, ask them to make you a tailor-made drink!

At Bar OliverFly we have a weekly changing menu of tasty tapas-style dishes, made with mostly locally sourced ingredients. For instance, home made meat balls, canarian patatoes, mouth watering hamburgers and different kinds of small dishes with meat, vegetables and fish. Start your meal with some freshly baked foccacia bread and end it with our home-made cheesecake or an espresso.
